Buttermilk blueberry muffins






INGREDIENTS


  • 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup oil (canola, vegetable, or avocado)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cups fresh blueberries




  • INSTRUCTIONS

      1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 
      2. Mix sugar into oil, then add vanilla, buttermilk, and eggs and mix
      3. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl 
      4. Add the liquid to the dry and stir to combine
      5. Stir in blueberries
      6. Put mixture in muffin tins
      7. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until light brown.
