Raspberry lemon muffins


INGREDIENTS

    • 2 1/2 cups flour
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • 1/2 tsp baking soda
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 2 1/2 tbsp lemon zest, freshly grated (about 3 large lemons)
    • 1 tbsp coconut oil
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
    • 1 cup raspberries
    • 2 tbsp honey
    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • 6 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 2 large lemons)
    • 3/4 cup nonfat milk
