Cranberry sauce

INGREDIENTS

    • 1 1/2 cups sugar
    • 1 navel orange
    • 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
    • 4 cups fresh cranberries
    • 1/2 cup toasted pecans

INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Grate orange peel into pot with sugar and ginger
    2. And juice from Orange and simmer until sugar dissolves
    3. And cranberries and cook until they pop
    4. Add pecans
